Sorry I haven’t uploaded anything new, but this is my post-holiday gift to you all, Palm Acres! This house was built in Sunlit Tides, but does not require the world to download it (if you already have Sunlit Tides – great!) It sits on a 40×40 lot with amazing views all around. It has 5 comfortable bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, a large living room, eat-in kitchen and dining room, walk out basement, large pool with a deck overhead, a balcony off the top floor bedrooms, a nursery, office, and a two-car garage that can fit five cars and two bikes total. It also comes with an outdoor patio in the front of the house for that tropical and open feel!

Furnished inside out only with a few CC. I’ve uploaded both the CC and non-CC version. *NOTE* Please keep in mind, the non-CC version still does have ONE piece of CC, the retaining wall which is mandatory in this house. Sorry! I’ve included Flabaki’s retaining wall in the CC version .zip file – put the .package file in your Mods/Packages folder.

I remember someone commenting on one of my lots and asked if I have any 9 bedroom homes and I thought of making something close to that!

This lovely mansion is a twist of modern and lodge that features 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, and can sleep 13. It has a rec room on the top floor, open concept large living room and kitchen, huge master and suite, amazing views in every room and 3 large decks. There is also a pool house/guest room outside at the back of the house with it’s own bathroom. Great family and party home for your large rich families, celebs and legacies!

To afford this lot, simply use the freerealestate cheat. Sorry it’s so pricey   I’m sorry for the awkward lot size, it’s from Maplepark and it belongs in there but a 60×60 lot will do just fine

I give you the colonial inspired 98 Coldwell Manor – part of the Maplepark project! This house features 5 bedrooms that can sleep 7 or more, 4 bathrooms, large pool and backyard, spacious living, space for 2+ pets, and space for 4 cars! I am currently working on a new neighbourhood called Maplepark so please excuse the plain background in the picture, it’s not finished yet. This lot only has 3 pieces of CC, a garage door, the front door and a brick pattern.
