I’ve posted a few articles mentioning this house and I’m finally done! This one took a while just because I procrastinated with it so much but I’m actually really satisfied and happy with the results. This house was based off of the house below but I couldn’t make it exactly like it.
This lovely CC-free modern house can be perfect for small-medium sized families and features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The master has it’s own separate library that can be converted in anything you wish if you need more room! There’s access to the large, upstairs balcony right outside and has a nursery right in front in the hallway in case of any emergencies. 
On the main floor there is a large living room, eat-in kitchen and dining room, a full bedroom with its own bath, the main bathroom, room for 2 cars and 2 bikes, a small BBQ patio and a small backyard. On the second level there is a rec room (can be converted into another bedroom) with a Jack-and-Jill bedroom connecting to the kid’s room, the nursery and master, of course, and two ways to get to the balcony outside.
