- Do I have to register before getting access to all the posts on TheSimBlog?
As of right now since the website is fairly new so there are no private posts that are only accessible to members but I can’t promise that down the road things will stay the same.

- Do I have to pay for anything?
All of our downloads are free!

 

- What do I do if I lost my password?
Simply hit the “Forgot password?” button on the register panel and new instructions will be emailed to you to create a new password.

- How do I make sure my information will be kept safe?
Your account information will never given away on TheSimBlog under any circumstances.
1 ) Do not offer your username or password to others.
2 ) Do not tell your email address to others.
3 ) If you’d like, you can log out before leaving our site.
4 ) If you are super paranoid about your info, use your Sims 3 username instead of real name to sign up.

 

- How do I download custom content from the site?

It’s very easy; under every post there is a “Download!” link, simply click that and you will either be taken to a file host site (most likely MediaFire) or if the file is hosted on our server, a pop up will show up. Save the file to your computer in a location you’ll remember and extract the file using WinRar or any other program.

FOR LOTS:Once you have the file extracted, you can now download it like you would if you downloaded something off of the exchange. Double click on the file and the Sims 3 Launcher will pop up and do all the work for you.
FOR SIMS: Once you have the file extracted, take the Sim file and place it into: C:\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\SavedSims and you’re done!

 

- I have a fansite too, how can I link your site to mine?
