This beautiful 3 story house comes either fully furnished with quite a lot CC or unfurnished with some CC. It has 5+1 BR, 4 BA with a master bedroom, 3 bedrooms and a nursery. With the furnished one I only furnished the master, nursery and 1 other bedroom so you can furnish the last room as your family grows. It took me quite a while to build this house and I’d love to share it with everyone.

*Notes:
- For the garage, you’ll have to turn on moveobjects to place your car through the doorway and if the house is too expensive you can just use freerealestate!
- The unfurnished and furnished versions have some differences; I used different staircases, changed the wallpaper and flooring in some rooms and added one extra window in the living room for the furnished version.

I decided to do both furnished and unfurnished because I know there are some people like me that like to download houses for the architecture only and then I can customize it however I want, and there are some that want everything, new CC, new houses and just want something already made so they can dive in and play.
